The rooftop terrace is open‑air (glass enclosed during winter), allowing you to enjoy the fresh desert breeze and the magnificent sight of the three Pyramids and the Sphinx. The décor is traditional, with colourful cushions and simple wooden furniture, creating a cosy, intimate feel. The staff are known for their hospitality. As evening falls, the Pyramids become illuminated by a soft golden light – a truly magical scene. This dining experience is perfect for travellers who want to combine great food with unforgettable scenery, without the formality of fine dining.

4:30‑5:00 PM – Hotel Pickup
Your private driver will pick you up from your Cairo or Giza hotel in an air‑conditioned vehicle.
Transfer to Giza (approx. 30‑45 min)
Drive to the Pyramids area. Depending on sunset time, you’ll arrive just before golden hour.
Dinner at The Great Pyramid Inn (~2‑2.5 hours)
Settle on the rooftop terrace with the Pyramids in full view. Enjoy your chosen main dish (Mixed Grill, Crispy Chicken, or Chicken Pasta) while the sun sets. Oriental music plays softly in the background. Drinks (water, soft drinks, or alcoholic beverages) can be ordered separately and paid directly.
Optional Sound & Light Show (extra fee, +$20)
If you choose to include the Pyramids Sound and Light Show, after dinner your driver will take you to the Giza Plateau to watch the narrated spectacle projected onto the Pyramids and Sphinx. Duration ~1 hour. Then return to hotel.
Return to Hotel (approx. 9:00‑9:30 PM)
After dinner (and optional show), your driver will transfer you back to your hotel.

The Great Pyramid Inn is located up a flight of stairs (no lift). The rooftop terrace is reachable by stairs. Unfortunately, it is not suitable for wheelchair users. However, we can recommend alternative pyramid‑view restaurants with ground‑floor access – please contact us.
🚐 Do you pick up from New Cairo or airport hotels?
Yes, but an additional surcharge of $5‑10 per person may apply for hotels in New Cairo, Heliopolis, or near Cairo Airport. Pickup from downtown Cairo, Zamalek, Dokki, and most Giza hotels is included.
