Payment and cancellation

A 50% deposit is due within one week of confirmation; the balance is due at least 45 days before arrival. Cancellation charges are 10% at 90+ days, 25% at 89–60 days, 50% at 59–31 days and 100% within 30 days of embarkation.

How many cabins and suites are onboard?
Swan has 10 luxury cabins measuring 24 m² and two premium suites measuring 28 m².
Are sightseeing tours included in the FIT rate?
No. The published supplements are US$300 per person for three nights, US$400 for four nights and US$500 for seven nights.
Is VAT included?
No. Service charges are included, but VAT is excluded from the published FIT rates.
What is the child policy?
Children under five are free; ages six to eleven receive a 50% discount; guests aged twelve and above pay the full adult rate. Confirm how the age-five boundary is handled.
What are the cancellation charges?
